Hi, I’m Deborah Goodie

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach based in Alaska, with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, a Master of Public Health, Functional Medicine Coaching Academy training, Orofacial Myology certification, and the Dr. Bredesen ReCODE 2.0 Protocol certification currently in progress.

I have dedicated my career to one thing: helping people get ahead of chronic disease before it finds them.

That commitment became deeply personal after watching both my father and my mother-in-law decline with dementia without the proactive care that might have changed their path.

That loss became my purpose.

You Deserve Better Care

Modern medicine has taken us down a path focused entirely on managing chronic disease. A prescription and "see you later."

I watched it happen to people I loved. My father declined with dementia and never received a proper diagnosis. My mother-in-law faced the same reality. I was heartbroken. Not just grieving, but deeply unsettled by the absence of anyone who had tried to get ahead of it.

That loss is what brought me here.

Most People Wait. That Is the Problem.

Most of us know we should be doing more. We have the intentions, the apps, the articles saved for later.

But life stays busy, the habits never stick, and the puzzles stay scattered. Waiting feels safe until it is not. The choices you make today about your sleep, your nutrition, your movement, and your stress are either building toward your future health or quietly working against it.

You deserve someone in your corner who can help you put it all together.

Brain Health Is the Piece That Puts All the Others Into Place

I am here to walk alongside you as your health coach. Not to interpret labs or give medical diagnoses, but to gently partner with you on your journey toward prevention.

That is why I chose the name MY-ND Over Matter. My sleep. My nutrition. My movement. My health. The power to change has always been yours. I am simply here to help you find it.

Every program I offer centers on the mind. The Curious Mind. The Strong Mind. The Forever Mind.

Testimonials

"Debbi was warm and engaging from the get-go. Her ability to listen and summarize made it possible to see things that have been right in front of me for so long. Working with Debbi was something I looked forward to every week.

I actually did homework and made progress that I typically would short-change. I would highly recommend working with Debbi for anybody who is looking to push past blocks and gain new ground." -Deb Haynes
